Is there a full reading spread or a past present future one? What are the corresponding suits in the tarot? Does a card have the same meaning as its corresponding minor arcana card?

i am studying tarot currently and i only know a few of the minor arcana.
i have done this is in a Celtic Cross Spread.
this is the order:
1-eight of cups
2-two of cups
3-wheel of fortune-reversed
4-nine of wands
5-the star-reversed
6-six of pentacles
7-ten of wands
8-the high priestess
9-page of pentacles
10-the moon-reversed

i’m having a difficult time interpreting.

Here’s what my book says for the cards you have.

1.Eight of Cups: Seeking.
Don’t be afraid to leave the past behind. Travel. There is plenty more in the world to see and experience. The future promises to be brights. Follow your heart and do what you truly desire.

2. Two of Cups: Commitment
Love and understanding btwn 2 people. Harmonious relationships and emotional contentment. May show that opposites attract. This can mean co-operation, mutual respect, friendship, or the ending of a rivalry.

3. Wheel Of Fortune Reversed:
Bad luck and unpleasant surprises. Remember that the wheel will turn in your favor eventually.

4. Nine of Wands: Resilience
Self confidence, stability, and strength. In times of stress, the appearance of this card is reassuring, promising that you have all you need to maintain your position and eventually prosper. Patience is a virtue.

5. The Star reversed:
Tension, pessimism, obstinancy and lack of opportunity. Bright hopes seem to have been dashed.

6. Six of Pentacles: Generosity
Money put to good use. Help from someone else, charity, gifts and benevolence. Someone seems hidden talents in you. Put this generosity to good use.

7. Ten of Wands: Burden

It sounds like you’re on the verge of a lot of things happening. I’m not sure what you were asking about when you laid this spread, but the overall feeling seems good. It looks like you’re about to head into a new phase in your life, however, you will have setbacks and uncertainty with what you are doing. The Page of Pentacles represents a youthfulness that can bear the weight of responsibility on his grounded shoulders. He can manage wealth better than almost anyone else.

Intelligence and experience make him a responsible businessman who gets what he wants in a respectable fashion. Like the Queen, he is concerned with security but finds it in the material world.

He is dutiful, traditional but adaptable and normally not prone to bouts of temper. If someone deceives him, the punishment will be great.

The King is the endpoint of a stage of success, a sign that effort can be suspended and wealth enjoyed for the time being. There is no negativity bogging this success down and the freedom of generosity can be expressed.
